Leading food services and facilities management experts, Sodexo, are firmly committed to the fight against food waste.
Their strategic, data-driven approach to waste reduction involves the gathering of valuable insights from consumers. Earlier this year Sodexo surveyed 4,360 students and working adults who visited corporate cafeterias or university campus dining areas in Canada, France, Ireland, UK and the US.
