Mori’s technology addresses two of the most urgent challenges related to food.
First, it reduces food spoilage by extending the lifespan of fresh produce. Secondly, it reduces the need for wax, fungicides, chemicals and plastic packaging normally used in the food production process.
The technology can be applied to any shape, size or texture by dunking or spraying. It is compatible with fruit, vegetables or meat.
