At the International Food Waste Coalition, we leverage this position to lead a collaborative farm-to-fork approach against food loss and waste. We measure and report food waste rates along the value chain to enable the setting of smart targets. We share best practices and market intelligence, conduct trials and test out new innovations.
We are the voice on food loss and waste for Europe’s hospitality and food service industry, representing the interests of the sector at EU and regulatory level.
