All things we throw away have one thing in common: we no longer see any value in them. The same goes for the food we waste. As long as we don’t see the worth of it, we will keep wasting it.

Turning that around starts with getting people to know, see, experience and feel the value of food. The strategic principle for the IFWC is as simple as it is far reaching:

Together, the IFWC aims at creating even more impact by collectively improving practices across the whole value chain and impacting local, national and international regulations as well as conducting specific projects aimed at the end-users achieving measurable results and creating momentum in society.
